Start with us and your online assessment
Chat with our team or start your assessment. We explain our concierge service, then you tell us your goals and send your photos through our secure form. Our team reviews them within 24–48 hours and sends you a personalized assessment. Your call with our medical tourism facilitator is included in the concierge service.

Choose your surgeon
Based on your procedure and goals, we guide you to surgeons from our verified network and share their profiles, including what you need to check their registration yourself. You decide who to consult with.

Virtual consultation with your surgeon
You meet your surgeon by video to review your goals, the plan and the details of your procedure. Our team coordinates the appointment.

Plan your trip
We coordinate your pre-op exams, appointments and itinerary. Plan to arrive in Medellín 3–5 days before surgery for consultations, evaluations and to settle in. We arrange your airport transfer and transport to your appointments.

Surgery day
Your surgery takes place in an accredited clinic or hospital. We coordinate your transport and stay in touch with you and your family throughout the day.

Recovery at our Recovery House
Recover in El Poblado with private rooms, professional nursing 24/7, meals designed for healing, laundry and rides to your check-ups. How many days to stay depends on your procedure, and your surgeon confirms it.

Home, with follow-up
Your surgeon gives you a detailed post-operative plan and is available for follow-up. Plastik Tour stays your point of contact after you return home, and helps you with any concerns with your local medical team.

What is the first step?
Start your assessment or chat with our team on WhatsApp. We explain our concierge service, and then you send your goals and photos through a secure form. Our team reviews them within 24–48 hours.
How far in advance should I plan?
It depends on your surgeon’s availability and your procedure. Plan to arrive in Medellín 3–5 days before surgery, and to stay between 7 and 20 days after it depending on the procedure.
Who do I pay?
You pay each provider directly: your surgeon, the clinic and the Recovery House. Plastik Tour charges a concierge fee for guiding and coordinating your journey, explained before you start. We never collect clinical fees.
What if I have a concern after I get home?
Your surgeon provides a post-operative plan and is available for follow-up. Plastik Tour remains your point of contact, and we help you navigate any concerns with your local medical team.
