Who we are
Plastik Tour is a plastic surgery concierge for international patients. The website plastiktour.ca is operated by Tour Plastique (Plastik Tour Canada), NEQ 2276576198, and by Plastik Tour S.A.S., NIT 901751420-0, together “Plastik Tour”, “we” or “us”.
Tour Plastique (Plastik Tour Canada), NEQ 2276576198 and Plastik Tour S.A.S., NIT 901751420-0 (Plastik Tour) are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, write to our privacy contact at contact@plastiktour.ca.
We serve patients from around the world, so this policy follows the strictest common rules: Québec’s Law 25 and Canada’s PIPEDA, the EU and UK GDPR, US state privacy laws, Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 and Australia’s Privacy Act.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, preferred language and the procedures you’re interested in.
- Messages: what you write to us through our website chat, WhatsApp, email or forms.
- Assessment information and photos: if you use our concierge service, the information and photos you send so a surgeon can assess your case. This is health information; see below.
- Appointments and travel: dates for consultations, surgery, your stay and transport.
- Technical data: your IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, used to operate and secure the site. Analytics and marketing cookies are only used if you agree (see our Cookie Policy).
Our assessment form asks for health information and optional photos. Please send them only through that form, not by email or chat.
Why we use it
- To answer your questions and tell you about our service, with your consent or at your request.
- To provide our concierge service: matching you with surgeons, coordinating appointments, planning your trip and your recovery.
- To share your assessment with the surgeons and clinics you choose to consult, with your consent.
- To operate, secure and improve our website and our assistant.
- To send you information or newsletters, only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet legal obligations.
You can withdraw your consent whenever you wish by contacting us. Withdrawing doesn’t affect what we did before you withdrew.
Health information and photos
Health information is sensitive. We handle it with extra care:
- We collect it through our assessment form, and through a secure link we send you if we need more after we’ve spoken.
- Your assessment and photos are stored in our website platform (Wix Forms), where only our team can open them.
- We share them only with the surgeons and clinics involved in your care, and with your consent.
- We don’t send your health information to advertising platforms.
- We don’t put health information or photos in our public website content.
Please share medical details and photos only through our assessment form, not by email or chat messages.
Our AI assistant
Our website chat and our WhatsApp assistant use artificial intelligence to answer questions about our service. Your messages are processed by our technology providers listed below, and our team can read conversations to follow up and to improve the service. The assistant doesn’t give medical advice. Please don’t share health details with it; our team will guide you to share them securely.
International transfers
We operate in Canada and Colombia, serve patients worldwide and use providers in several countries, including the United States. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as contractual protections with our providers.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. We keep your assessment information and photos only during your journey with us. When your journey ends (for example, when your recovery follow-up is complete or you tell us you won’t continue) we delete them promptly. We keep other information, such as invoices and records we must keep by law, for the legally required period. You can ask us to delete your information earlier.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access your information, correct it, delete it, receive a copy in a portable format, object to or restrict some uses, and withdraw your consent. If a decision about you is made solely by automated means, you can ask for a human review. Residents of Québec, the EU and UK, Colombia, California and other regions have rights under their local laws, and we apply the same rights to everyone.
To use your rights, write to contact@plastiktour.ca. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we aim to reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to your local authority, such as the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, your EU or UK data protection authority, or Colombia’s Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.

Derechos del titular (Ley 1581 de 2012): conocer, actualizar y rectificar sus datos, solicitar prueba de la autorización, ser informado del uso de sus datos, presentar quejas ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, revocar la autorización y solicitar la supresión de sus datos, y acceder gratuitamente a sus datos.
Datos sensibles: los datos de salud son datos sensibles. Usted no está obligado a autorizar su tratamiento, y solo los tratamos con su autorización previa, expresa e informada.
Procedimiento: envíe su consulta o reclamo a contact@plastiktour.ca indicando su nombre, un medio de contacto y su solicitud. Responderemos dentro de los plazos de la ley.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, private storage for patient files and limit access to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we ask you to share sensitive details only through our assessment form or the secure link we send you.
Children
Our service is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with its date and, if the changes are significant, tell you by other means.
